《10 little rubber ducks》这10只橡皮鸭子。
小橡皮鸭经过一道道工序，制作包装完成后，被运到码头，装上货轮。这艘货轮是从中国出发的。想不到在海上遇到了暴风雨，箱子掉到了海里，它们在海上漂流时还经过了泰坦尼克的沉没地。10只小橡皮鸭掉出箱子，在海上漂流。它们在海上随波逐流，向不同的方向漂去，分别遇到了海豚、海豹、海龟、鲸等海里的动物。最后一只鸭子，在经过了好几个日出日落后，遇到了鸭妈妈和九只鸭宝宝，这个橡皮鸭跟着鸭妈妈回了鸭巢。而在真实故事中最后这些中国鸭子也回来了，而且身价倍增，有收藏家愿意出价1000英镑一只呢！

10只橡皮小鸭子
Chuckedy-chuckedy-chuck
“嚓咔嘀-嚓咔嘀-嚓咔”
goes the rubber duck machine.
一台制作橡皮鸭子的机器在运转着。
Out pop little yellow rubber ducks one after the other,
机器里一个接着一个出来的是流行的小黄橡皮鸭子，
one after the other.
一个接着一个。
The little rubber ducks are painted – bills red and eyes blue.
这个小橡皮鸭在被涂着色-嘴刷上红色眼睛刷上蓝色。
Then they are packed, 10 to a box…
它们被打包好了，10个装进一个箱子里…
and off they go…
然后装车开始旅途…
to be loaded onto a cargo ship.
被装载在一个货轮上。
"Hello," calls the captain.
“你好，”船长说到。
The captain and his cargo ship are taking the little rubber ducks
船长还有他的货轮正带着这些小橡皮鸭
across the wide sea to faraway countries, to faraway countries.
横穿大海去很远的国家，去那些遥远的国家。
Suddenly a storm churns the water into big waves.
突然风暴翻涌起海水引起了巨大的波浪。
A strong wind wistles across the sea,
一阵强烈的风呼啸着掠过大海，
whistles across the sea.
呼啸响彻海面。
A big wave lifts up one of the boxes
一个大波浪翻涌起了其中一个箱子，
and throws it into the water.
随后把这个箱子卷进了海水中。
The box opens and 10 little rubber ducks fall out.
这个箱子打开了，随后10个小橡皮鸭也掉了出来。
"10 rubber ducks overboard." shouts the captain.
“10个橡皮鸭子越过船边坠入水中。”船长大喊道。
After some time the storm calms down.
过了一会儿，暴风渐渐平息了。
The 10 little rubber ducks bob in the big wide sea.
这10个小橡皮鸭子在无边宽广的海面上上下下的飘着。
As far as one can see, only water and sky, water and sky.

A polar bear growls at it.

The 4th little rubber duck drift south.

A flamingo stares at it.

The 5th little rubber duck drifts to the left.

A pelican chatters at it.
一只鹈鹕对它发出鸣叫。
The 6th little rubber duck drifts to the right.

A turtle glides past it.
一只乌龟从他旁边滑行而过。
The 7th little rubber duck drifts up.

An octopus blinks at it.
一只章鱼对他眨眼睛。
The 8th little rubber duck drifts down.

A seagull screeches at it.
一只海鸥对它鸣叫。
The 9th little rubber duck drifts this way.

A blue whale sings to it.
一只蓝鲸对它唱歌。
The 10th little rubber duck drifts that way,

bobbing and floating on the big wide sea.

The sun is setting. It’s getting dark.

The next morning the 10th little rubber duck
第二天清晨这10个小橡皮鸭子
meets a mother duck and her ducklings.
遇见了一个鸭妈妈和她的一群小鸭子。
"Quack!" says the mother duck.
“嘎！”鸭妈妈说到。
"Quack! Quack! Quack!" says the ducklings.
“嘎！嘎！嘎！”小鸭子们说道。
At the end of the day, the sun sets again.
在一天的末尾，太阳又落了下来。
It’s getting dark.
天要黑了
The mother duck and her ducklings swim toward their nest.
鸭妈妈和她的小鸭子们向鸭巢游去。
The little rubber duck floats along with them.
小橡皮鸭子和它们一起漂流回去。
"Good Night!" says the moon.
“晚安！”月亮说。
"Quack!" says the mother duck.
“嘎！”鸭妈妈说。
"Quack! Quack! Quack!" says the ducklings.
“嘎！嘎！嘎！”小鸭子们说道。
"Squeak!" says the rubber duck.
“嘶嘎！”小橡皮鸭子说道。
