在全球化背景下，从小培养孩子种族平等的观念变得越来越重要。这意味着我们要认识到我们与其他人的不同，并学会欣赏这些不同。
作为父母，我们应该向孩子介绍不同种族和文化宗教传统。教会孩子如何尊重不同肤色的人，鼓励孩子和其他种族的孩子交朋友。
另外，还可以采用共情的方式跟孩子交流。可以问问孩子“如果别人因为你的肤色或者头发颜色不一样，就来欺负你，你是不是也会很难过？”
